About The Position

We are a well-established, thriving, and busy family-owned general dentistry practice seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced dentist or a motivated new graduate who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and wants to continue developing clinically and professionally. Our practice is focused on comprehensive dentistry, excellent patient experiences, and creating long-term relationships with the families we serve. Unlike a large corporate environment, our practice is privately and family-owned. We value our doctors and team members as individuals and believe in providing our dentists with the support, resources, and clinical freedom they need to provide excellent care. Our practice has an established patient base and a consistently busy schedule. We are looking for an Associate Dentist who is ready to become an important part of the practice and take an active role in providing comprehensive care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide a broad range of general dental services while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. We want a dentist who takes pride in their work, communicates well with patients, and is interested in continually improving their clinical skills. For a newer dentist, this position offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy practice while developing confidence and expanding clinical abilities. Requirements

Hold an active Massachusetts dental license
Be committed to high-quality, ethical dentistry
