About The Position

A stable live-in private nursing appointment with a private family in Abu Dhabi, open to UK- and European-trained clinicians. The role is suited to a resilient nurse who values long-term patient relationships and will accompany the family on international travel year after year. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician; Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. Nurses are placed in pairs and alternate shifts to support continuity of care. The position is live-in and single-status, with flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The family’s office and advisers handle local arrangements, including visas, licensed entities, and coordination with local clinics. Availability to begin within six weeks of an offer is required.

Requirements

• Current nursing registration in good standing in the UK or Europe, in the clinician’s country of training.
• At least two years of practice since qualifying; experience in private settings is ideal.
• Training through UK or European structures.
• English at a high professional standard.
• Ability to relocate alone and meet the live-in, single-status arrangement.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of an offer.
• An NDA applies from the first conversation.
• Previous employers will be contacted, and the findings will be shared with the clinician.
