About The Position

The TestEquity Private Label Merchandising Manager develops branding strategies for own-brand products, focusing on assortment, promotion, and visual presentation to drive sales and brand loyalty. This role involves market research, data analysis, OEM product branding, team management, and close collaboration with marketing, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and optimal product flow, from sourcing to shelf.

Requirements

• 3+ years of online merchandising experience is required.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is required.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Business acumen and budget management.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Understanding of retail marketing and branding.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising plans, analyze sales data, identify market trends, and create promotional campaigns for private label goods.
• Create compelling product brand visuals and displays to ensure brand consistency across all channels, and optimize the customer experience when buying Private Label.
• Create a VOC plan to ensure we align our customers’ needs for Private Label to our New Product Roadmap.
• Work with Marketing, Digital, Content and Sales teams to align direction, strategies and execute campaigns.
• Develop and manage budgets for merchandising activities.
• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to make data-driven adjustments.
