About The Position

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, connects Registered Nurses and LPNs with VIP clients seeking personalized, one-on-one care in their homes. The Private Duty Nurse provides discrete, high-end clinical care tailored to each patient’s needs. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with flexible scheduling and client-specific in-home work. Nurses choose which cases to accept and may work flexible 8–12-hour shifts, short two-hour visits, per-diem assignments, or ongoing long-term cases. Pay starts at $70 per hour, is negotiable case by case, and is paid weekly.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Dependability, punctuality, and discretion.
• Comfort with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of nursing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one skilled nursing, including assistance with ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and transportation to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the support office.
• Provide patients and families with personalized health education and training.
