About The Position

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, connects nurses with VIP clients seeking personalized, one-on-one in-home care. The Private Duty Nurse provides discreet, high-quality clinical care tailored to each client’s needs. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with flexible scheduling; nurses choose when and where they work and which cases to accept. Opportunities may include 8–12-hour shifts, short two-hour visits, per-diem work, or ongoing cases. Pay starts at $40 per hour, is negotiable by case, and is paid weekly.

Requirements

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Dependability, punctuality, and discretion.
• Comfort with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one skilled nursing, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and transportation to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the support office.
• Provide personalized health education and training to patients and their families.
