About The Position

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, connects clinicians with private clients who need personalized one-on-one care in their homes. The Private Duty Nurse provides discreet, high-quality clinical care tailored to each client’s needs. This is an independent-contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling; nurses can choose which cases and shifts to accept. Pay starts at $40 per hour, is negotiable per case, and is paid weekly. Opportunities may include 8–12-hour shifts, 2-hour visits, per-diem work, and potential ongoing long-term cases.

Requirements

Active LVN license in good standing.
Active CPR/BLS certification.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
Dependability, punctuality, and discretion.
Comfort with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate one-on-one skilled nursing, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital-sign monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and transportation to appointments when required.
Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the support office.
Provide personalized health education and training to patients and their families.
