About The Position

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, connects Registered Nurses and LPNs with VIP clients who need personalized, one-on-one care in their homes. The Concierge Private Duty Nurse provides discreet, high-quality clinical care tailored to each patient's needs, while coordinating with families, physicians, and the support office. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with flexible scheduling and client-specific in-home assignments. Nurses choose which cases to accept and may work flexible 8–12 hour shifts, short two-hour visits, per-diem assignments, or potential ongoing long-term cases. Pay starts at $70 per hour, is negotiable by case, and is paid weekly.

Requirements

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Hold an active CPR/BLS certification.
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and discretion.
• Be comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-to-one skilled nursing care, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital sign monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and transportation to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the support office.
• Provide patients and families with personalized health education and training.
