About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty nursing care for a new infant patient requiring high acuity care, specifically involving a central venous line (CVL) and infusion. The patient is located in Columbus, and the schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. This role requires a Spanish-speaking nurse. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking ability is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with central line (CVL) and infusion.
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred (1 year required in GA).

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care for an infant patient.
• Administer care involving a central venous line (CVL) and infusion.
• Work a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet provided in the patient's home.
