About The Position

Take control of your schedule, your clients, and your income with high-end private duty care. This role offers a flexible schedule and operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis. As a Concierge Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discrete, premier clinical care tailored to your patient’s specific needs. You will provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments. Responsibilities also include coordinating client needs such as medical supplies, DME, and transport, maintaining clear documentation, communicating effectively with families and physicians, and empowering patients and families through health education.

Requirements

• Active LVN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to dependability and discretion.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
