About The Position

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, is seeking an experienced LVN for supplemental staffing. This role offers immediate work opportunities for 12-hour shifts, providing high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of clients' homes. The position is for an Independent Contractor (1099) with a flexible schedule, allowing nurses to control their time, career, and income. Unlike busy hospital floors, this role focuses on true 1:1 care, enabling nurses to dedicate their expertise to a single patient.

Requirements

• Active LVN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
