About The Position

Seeking an RN for supplemental staffing for a facility with immediate work opportunities for 12-hour shifts. Concierge Nursing Referral Services (a specialized branch of TheKey) empowers elite clinicians to take back control of their time, career, and income. We connect top-tier Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. This role offers top-tier pay, 100% schedule control, true 1:1 care, and a variety of opportunities including flexible 8-12 hour shifts, short 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or potential ongoing long-term cases.

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Strong commitment to dependability and discretion.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
