About The Position

Seeking an LVN for supplemental staffing for a facility with immediate work opportunities for 12-hour shifts. Concierge Nursing Referral Services (a specialized branch of TheKey) connects top-tier Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. This role offers the opportunity to escape the burnout of busy hospital floors and take back control of your time, career, and income.

Requirements

• Active LVN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to dependability and discretion.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
