About The Position

Take control of your schedule, your clients, and your income with high-end private duty care. This role offers flexible scheduling and is an independent contractor (1099) position. Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, connects experienced Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in their homes. This is an opportunity to escape hospital burnout and focus on providing quality, concierge care.

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing.
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to dependability and discretion.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
