Requirements

A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home address
The ability to work with both male and female clients
The ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
A compassionate, dependable, and supportive demeanor

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of healthcare or in-home caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with mobility inside and outside the home, including transportation to appointments
Planning and preparing meals
Grocery shopping or accompanying clients during errands
Performing light housekeeping duties
Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in a client's condition while responding appropriately during emergencies
Encouraging and assisting with activities of daily living to help clients remain as independent as possible
