Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working with both male and female clients
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, errands, and transportation to appointments
- Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Encouraging independence while improving each client's quality of life
