Requirements
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Active CNA or GNA license (Maryland)
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum commitment of 2 shifts / month
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation available during your shift
- Current auto insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in a client’s home, allowing time to build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized support.
- Make a difference in someone’s daily life.
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $18.75/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: Weekends: +$3/hour, Short Shifts: +$5/hour
