The Private Client Support Specialist will support service teams by assisting with tasks required to service customers. This includes assisting with the renewal process, preparing and issuing renewals and on-demand certificates of insurance, processing policies, endorsements, and audits, and handling daily electronic policy and document downloads. The specialist will also pull daily notifications from carrier websites, prepare paper documents for scanning, and file attachments within the agency management system. Additionally, the role involves issuing auto ID cards and actively supporting the team through miscellaneous projects.
