About The Position

As a Private Client Associate, you will play an integral role in the success of a Janney branch. You will assist in administering, marketing, and growing client relationships, working closely with Janney Financial Advisors (FAs) to enhance and grow their business. You will help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns. You may also be asked to perform operational responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
High ethical standards.

Nice To Haves

Prior office experience.
Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 licenses; candidates who are unlicensed should be able to obtain licensing within nine months of hire.

Responsibilities

Assist in administering, marketing, and growing client relationships.
Work closely with Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.
Develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
Provide client service and follow up on time-sensitive issues with home office departments.
Provide telephone service to clients and potential clients, with prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail.
Compose client correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Use firm technology and other available tools to support efficient time management and respond to Financial Advisor and client inquiries.
Anticipate potential issues or problems and alert the respective Financial Advisor or Branch Management as necessary.
Perform operational responsibilities as requested.
