About The Position

Bluesight is hiring a Privacy Program Optimization Manager to oversee engagement health and realized value across its PrivacyPro customer portfolio. PrivacyPro helps health systems detect and investigate inappropriate access to patient records; this role ensures customers actively work cases, tune monitoring, and integrate the product into compliance workflows. The manager will monitor program performance across the customer base, identify accounts at risk of disengagement or renewal problems, and coordinate interventions by engaging customers directly or assigning the appropriate Professional Services specialist or Customer Success Manager. The role also owns engagement metrics and reporting, including recurring executive summaries and regular updates to CSMs. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience running or supporting a healthcare privacy or compliance program and be comfortable serving as a subject matter expert to privacy officers, compliance investigators, and chief compliance officers. The role combines portfolio-level oversight with direct customer engagement and supports Bluesight’s efforts to scale proactive engagement across product lines.

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or health information management within a hospital or health system.

  • Experience in customer engagement, account management, or implementation within healthcare or hospital systems.
  • Ability to build credible relationships with privacy officers, compliance leaders, and health information management teams while delivering measurable value.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including defining metrics, interpreting engagement dashboards, and converting trends into intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for customer-facing and executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and competing priorities with high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • CHPC, CHC, CIPP/US, or RHIA credentials are strongly preferred.
  • Active involvement in privacy and compliance communities such as AHIMA or HCCA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with patient privacy monitoring technology, EHR audit logs and access controls, and HIPAA/HITECH regulatory requirements is preferred.

  • Publish recurring executive summaries on portfolio health and send regular account-level updates to Customer Success Managers.
  • Diagnose engagement gaps and intervene directly with customers or deploy internal experts; establish recurring touchpoints until accounts are back on track.
  • Scope and assign timeboxed Professional Services engagements, such as workflow reviews, case investigation support, and privacy health checkups.
  • Provide CSMs and Account Managers with engagement and adoption context before QBRs, EBRs, and renewal conversations; identify accounts ready for expansion and flag those that are not.
  • Develop and maintain the PrivacyPro Engagement Playbook, including cadences, intervention plays, and communication templates.
  • Lead webinars and customer-facing content to promote privacy program maturity across the customer base.
  • Represent customer privacy program challenges, workflow friction, and adoption gaps to Product and Engineering, especially where these issues affect renewal or expansion risk.
