This position pays between $52,100 - $89,850 based on experience. Support the mission of the Ensemble Compliance Program through the management of the core data bases utilized by the compliance team, analysis of data for trends, patterns, and compliance with policies and procedures, and follow up as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with HIPAA Privacy compliance in a hospital or health system setting.
  • 1-year experience of Healthcare Compliance and HIPAA Privacy investigations or related skills demonstrating critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Expert experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem solving skills.
  • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience
  • CRCR (HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) current or obtain within 9 months of hire (Company Paid)
  • CHPC or CHC or other approved Healthcare Privacy/Compliance Certification within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

  • System administrator for Incident Management System, assign investigations, monitor investigations for compliance with policies and procedures, developing and run reports
  • System administrator for Policy Management system, resource for users, assist with developing policies, provide training, develop and run reports.
  • Monitor training activity for compliance with policies and procedures, run training reports, follow up as needed.
  • Manage and update as requested the internal and external compliance web pages.
  • Develop surveys using survey manager tool, issue and follow up on surveys, develop and run reports relating to survey results.
  • Monitor results of monthly sanction screening done by third-party vendor and follow up as needed.
  • Assist in investigations, as needed.
  • Assist with audits, as needed.
