About The Position

This entry-level position works in the Assembly Department and is responsible for judging and inspecting finished parts for defects, as well as loading material into machines. The role involves evaluating print quality on anodized parts, inspecting and packing finished parts, and properly loading materials into machines. Requirements

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to achieve the required work speed and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted throughout the assigned shift.
• Ability to distinguish between different colors and shades.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to detect small defects, such as scratches, dents, and smudges.
• Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
• Good attendance record.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
