About The Position

This role is responsible for managing print and mail production workflows, including document generation, printing, inserting, and postage metering, all while adhering to daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production schedules. The specialist will operate and maintain high-volume production print and mail equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key duties include monitoring and managing print queues, job prioritization, and workflow throughput to ensure timely and accurate mail delivery. The position also involves performing detailed quality assurance checks on output for accuracy, formatting, and regulatory compliance, as well as validating and reconciling production outputs against source data. Maintaining inventory controls for print materials and supplies, and preparing and transferring completed mailings to USPS in compliance with postal regulations are also essential functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with strong data entry accuracy
  • At least 1 year of data entry or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to accept feedback and make sound decisions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • Ability to work in an on-site office environment
  • Must pass drug test, MVD check, background check, and fingerprinting
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (typically 8-hour shifts)
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
