About The Position

We are hiring a Print Shop Specialist to produce high-quality signs, banners, graphics, decals, and promotional products. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with print production equipment. This role offers hands-on, creative work with digital and wide-format printers, a variety of printing and production projects, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities to develop printing and design skills.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Print shop, sign shop, production, or graphic design experience preferred.
• Experience with digital/wide-format printing is a plus.
• Basic Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate printers, cutters, laminators, and other equipment.
• Produce signs, banners, graphics, decals, and promotional products.
• Prepare files and inspect finished products for quality.
• Cut, trim, laminate, mount, package, and prepare products for delivery.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Assist with deliveries and installations as needed.
• Communicate with customers and team members about projects and deadlines.
