Our Print Sales Associate will be responsible for providing sales level support to various sales representatives within a designated geography or industry. The position requires a significant portion of computer work involving continuous use of fingers, hands, and wrists, and sitting for long periods. It also involves frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, and requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, and group meetings. The Print Sales Associate will learn the sales administration and sales process through a training program and rotations, observe the sales process by traveling with sales representatives, and practice the sales process by calling on existing and new accounts. They will handle mill claims, inventory issues, CDI inventory, and consignment, and address service failures and A/R and cost issues. Responsibilities include order entry and management, inputting prices, managing market changes, and providing sales data and reports. The role also involves preparing and assisting in customer business reviews, preparing responses to customer RFPs, and managing customer implementations. Participation in educational improvement opportunities, reading sales and marketing publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in sales and marketing organizations are also expected.
