About The Position

This role involves operating digital and color equipment to meet contracted customer requirements. Tasks are defined and routine, requiring the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. The position serves as a point of contact for receiving, reviewing, and logging customer jobs, and involves problem-solving to ensure production, delivery, and output requirements are met. A key responsibility is performing quality inspections before, during, and after production runs. The role also includes operating high-volume printers and copiers, performing operator maintenance on equipment, maintaining reporting logs for billing, and tracking/storing jobs for future reuse, including file back-up. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital and color equipment
• Receive, review and electronically log customer jobs
• Problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
• Perform quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
• Operate high volume printers and copiers
• Perform operator maintenance on equipment
• Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
• Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date, including file back-up
• Work OT as required
