About The Position

Responsible for supporting print, mail, document management, and office equipment operations while delivering excellent customer service. Serves as a primary point of contact for production requests, equipment support, and workflow coordination.

Requirements

  • High-volume print and mail production experience (3-4 years +)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, internet applications, and document management systems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, chart creation, and data import/export.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism.
  • Ability to mentor and support team members.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of document imaging, file conversion, and print workflow processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate digital print, copy, scanning, and finishing equipment, including cutters, laminators, inserters, and folding machines.
  • Receive, review, log, schedule, and track customer production requests.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Scan, convert, archive, and manage electronic and hardcopy documents.
  • Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate service requests as needed.
  • Maintain equipment, collect meter reads, apply asset tags, and track equipment inventory and moves.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and related billing documentation.
  • Maintain production records, reporting logs, and file backups.
  • Provide basic end-user training and support on office equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing process documentation and templates.
