About The Position

Phase 3 Marketing and Communications is seeking an experienced, quality-conscious Print Press Operator. The role involves reviewing job instructions and performing finishing operations on a wide range of substrates, with a focus on producing high-quality printed products. Finishing work includes mounting, laminating, trimming, cutting, sewing, and grommeting printed material. The operator will also work with additional production equipment, including a digital router/cutter. The position is listed as second shift, and Xerox and VUTEK experience is a plus.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of large format print production operations.
• Expert attention to detail.
• Strong technical understanding of substrate properties.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to operate additional production equipment, including a digital router/cutter.
• Be reliable, self-starting, customer-focused, well-organized, and a good communicator.

Responsibilities
