The Experienced Print Operator reviews job instructions and performs finishing operations on a wide range of substrates, prioritizing high-quality printed products. Finishing work includes mounting, laminating, trimming, cutting, sewing, and grommeting. The role calls for a reliable, quality-conscious, customer-focused, well-organized self-starter and communicator who can multitask across multiple projects. Xerox and VUTEK experience is a plus. The position is on the second shift.

Requirements

Expert attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of large-format print production operations.
Strong technical understanding of substrate properties.
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Reliable, quality-conscious, customer-focused, well-organized, self-starting, and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Review job instructions and perform finishing operations.
Perform finishing work including mounting, laminating, trimming, cutting, sewing, and grommeting printed material.
Prioritize the production of high-quality printed products.
Operate additional machines, including a digital router/cutter.
Ensure supplies are available and reorder as needed.
Multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
