The State printing unit is seeking a highly skilled Print Operations Supervisor (Public Service Supervisor) to oversee daily operations across the state’s printing, duplication, bindery, and lettershop facilities. This role is one of two dual supervisors responsible for managing end-to-end production workflows, maintaining operational coverage across assigned shifts, and ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of state documents, forms, publications, and marketing materials. The Print Operations Supervisor directs daily production on digital presses, offset printers, large-format equipment, bindery systems, and lettershop machinery while leading and evaluating a multidisciplinary production staff. The position serves as the operational lead for workflow planning, equipment maintenance, supply inventory management, and state procurement compliance, while actively identifying opportunities for process automation and technology modernization.
