About The Position

Logitech is seeking a product designer to drive end-to-end design strategy for Streamlabs and make live streaming effortless for creators. The role will shape experiences for millions of content creators, establish design patterns, mentor designers, and influence product strategy in a lean, high-velocity team. The position calls for translating complex product requirements and creator workflows into intuitive, high-performing experiences across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will work with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics on roadmaps, technical feasibility, and business outcomes; own the product design lifecycle from research and concept validation through handoff and post-launch optimization; and contribute to design system governance and team-wide design quality. This is a hybrid role based at Logitech’s San Jose, California office, with onsite work expected 2–3 days per week and remote work on the remaining days. Annual base salary is typically $168,000–$200,000.

Requirements

At least 6 years of professional Product Design (UI/UX) experience in a fast-paced technology, SaaS, or creator-economy environment.
Expert proficiency in Figma, design systems architecture, design tokens, and advanced component logic.
Active use of AI tools and generative workflows in design, such as automated prototyping, research synthesis, or design iteration.
Ability to combine qualitative user research with product metrics to support design decisions and measure impact.
Experience shipping consumer-facing or complex SaaS products across web, desktop, and native mobile environments.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a record of aligning engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX architecture, high-fidelity visual design, design system contributions, and measurable product outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Strong background designing high-volume B2C software applications or creator tools focused on engagement and retention.
Direct experience with live streaming, gaming, video production, or Streamlabs/Logitech tools.
Experience designing customer-facing AI features, automated workflows, or intelligent assistant capabilities.
Experience with high-fidelity interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion graphics tools such as Lottie, After Effects, or ProtoPie.
Understanding of front-end web and desktop technologies such as HTML/CSS, React, Electron, or Swift.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end user journeys for high-impact product areas, translating complex creator workflows into intuitive interfaces.
Drive the evolution, scaling, and governance of the global design system across desktop, web, and mobile.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics to define feature roadmaps, validate technical feasibility, and align design with business KPIs.
Own the product design lifecycle, from UX research, concept validation, and wireframing through production-ready handoffs and post-launch optimization.
Establish design standards, lead design reviews, and mentor junior- and mid-level designers.
Unify interactions across Streamlabs Desktop, iOS and Android applications, and responsive web dashboards.
