About The Position

Royal Caribbean Group's Transformation Hub team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Associate. Principal, End User Experience reporting to the Director Product Management. This role will work onsite in Miami, FL. The Source-to-Pay (S2P) Business Transformation Associate Principal is responsible for driving business adoption, process transformation, and continuous improvement across the S2P ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams, helping maximize the value of Oracle Fusion through governance, change management, training, communications, process optimization, automation, and AI enablement initiatives. This role leads efforts to improve business processes, enhance user adoption, define future-state operating models, establish performance metrics, and support large-scale transformation programs. The role combines business relationship management, functional expertise, organizational change management, and strategic planning to ensure the organization continuously evolves and realizes value from its ERP investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, ERP programs, business analysis, product management, or organizational change management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior business stakeholders and drive change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in managing shifting priorities and supporting multiple internal customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels in a multicultural environment with internal and external customers.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, particularly Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory, Sourcing, Contracts, or related.
  • Experience with business process transformation and operating model design.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with data analytics, KPI reporting, Power BI, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
  • Experience identifying and implementing automation, workflow, or AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain, Legal, Audit, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other business stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships across functional areas to understand business priorities, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate alignment between business strategy, operational goals, and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business value realization.
  • Support audit, compliance, and internal control initiatives across Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Monitor adherence to governance standards, policies, and approved operating procedures.
  • Assist with control documentation, audit evidence collection, and remediation activities.
  • Promote best practices that strengthen compliance and operational discipline.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies supporting S2P enhancements and transformation initiatives.
  • Create communication plans and stakeholder engagement programs.
  • Coordinate organizational readiness activities for new processes, solutions, and releases.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of new capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Design and deliver functional training programs, workshops, job aids, and user guides.
  • Develop role-based learning strategies that improve system proficiency.
  • Measure adoption effectiveness and identify opportunities to increase utilization of Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve change acceptance and end-user engagement.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators associated with Source-to-Pay operations.
  • Collaborate with BI Analysts/Developers to develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure adoption, efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.
  • Establish internal and external benchmarks to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to business and executive leadership.
  • Lead business engagement activities associated with Oracle quarterly releases.
  • Assess business impacts, new functionality, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Coordinate testing, communications, training, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Support release governance and business adoption planning.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Source-to-Pay transformation roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business capabilities, user experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, and strategic importance.
  • Monitor progress against roadmap objectives and expected benefits.
  • Evaluate current operating models and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, accountability, and scalability.
  • Facilitate process redesign and business transformation workshops.
  • Develop target operating model recommendations supporting future growth and maturity.
  • Promote standardization, simplification, and process harmonization across business units.
  • Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve controls, and enhance user experience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and digital solutions that support Source-to-Pay objectives.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to prioritize and implement automation initiatives.
  • Support development of AI adoption strategies and business value tracking.
  • Develop business cases supporting strategic investments, process improvements, and technology initiatives.
  • Quantify benefits, costs, risks, and implementation considerations.
  • Define future-state process designs, operating models, and capability roadmaps.
  • Facilitate leadership discussions regarding strategic transformation opportunities.
  • Support large-scale transformation programs, ERP enhancements, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead business workstreams involving requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder engagement, testing coordination, training, and adoption planning.
  • Collaborate with product teams, IT organizations, vendors, and consulting partners to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Track project benefits realization and organizational readiness.
