About The Position
We are looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of EUC / Desktop Support experience
- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Cisco Networking
- VLAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi
- ServiceNow / ITSM
- Hardware & peripheral troubleshooting
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing / Shop-Floor IT experience preferred
- Intune/Autopilot, SCCM/MECM & PowerShell are a plus
- CCNA preferred
