About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive end-to-end design strategy, make live streaming effortless for creators no matter where they broadcast from, and elevate the overall user experience for millions of content creators. Requirements

6+ years of professional Product Design (UI/UX) experience in a fast-paced technology, SaaS, or creator-economy environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, design systems architecture, design tokens, and advanced component logic.
Active utilization of AI tools and generative workflows within your design process (e.g., automated prototyping, research synthesis, design iteration) to boost efficiency and innovation.
Proven ability to pair qualitative user research with product metrics to defend design choices and measure performance impact.
Demonstrated history of shipping consumer-facing or complex SaaS products across web, desktop, and mobile native environments.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of driving alignment among engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
Portfolio: Highlighting end-to-end UX architecture, high-fidelity visual polish, design system contributions, and measurable product outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Strong background designing high-volume, consumer-facing (B2C) software applications or creator tools where user engagement and retention are key.
Direct experience with live streaming, gaming, video production, or active use of Streamlabs/Logitech tools.
Specific experience designing customer-facing, AI-driven creator features, automated workflows, or intelligent assistant capabilities.
Experience with high-fidelity interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion graphics tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects, ProtoPie).
Solid understanding of front-end web and desktop technologies (HTML/CSS, React, Electron, Swift) to bridge the gap with engineering.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end user journeys for high-impact product verticals, translating complex creator workflows into seamless, intuitive interfaces.
Drive the evolution, scaling, and governance of our global design system, ensuring consistent UX paradigms across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics to define feature roadmaps, validate technical feasibility, and align design goals with business KPIs.
Oversee the complete product design lifecycle—from early-stage UX research, concept validation, and wireframing to production-ready design handoffs and post-launch optimization.
Elevate the team’s overall output by establishing design standards, leading design reviews, and mentoring junior/mid-level designers.
Navigate and unify complex interactions across Streamlabs Desktop, iOS/Android mobile applications, and responsive web dashboards.
