About The Position

GlobalFoundries is seeking a recruiter to hire talent across its Silicon Photonics and Quantum teams. The role partners with hiring managers, uses recruiting data to inform strategy, and works to improve the recruiting experience and hiring outcomes. Responsibilities span full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing and assessment, recruiting analytics, process optimization, and consultation with hiring managers and HR partners. The position also requires performing work safely and supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using recruiting metrics and tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer.
• Source candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and business alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness using data and analytics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruiting outcomes and support recruiting analytics efforts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to enhance sourcing and operational capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Provide consultative support on job scoping, market insights, and candidate evaluation.
• Contribute to team-wide initiatives and share best practices.
• Perform activities safely and responsibly and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
