Principal, Strategic Partnerships, Health Systems

Assort Health
•$250,000 - $350,000

About The Position

Assort Health is seeking a Principal, Strategic Partnerships, Health Systems, to build and scale partnerships that accelerate adoption of its products among health systems. The role will create new distribution channels, help shorten the 12–18 month sales cycle, and foster durable relationships with health system customers. Its primary objective is to establish a strong, repeatable pipeline of health system opportunities through consulting and strategy firms, VoIP and CCaaS vendors, and other third parties with executive relationships in health systems. The position owns both strategy and execution across the Health Systems partner ecosystem, working closely with the VP of Partnerships, VP of Health Systems, health system sellers, and company leadership. The role carries a quota tied to qualified health system opportunities and total partner-generated pipeline. It will develop the partner playbook, build executive relationships, source and develop opportunities, create repeatable go-to-market programs, and represent Assort Health at industry and partner events. This is a high-ownership, externally facing builder role, with direct access to founders and executive leadership and a central part in shaping how AI is adopted across health systems. Success means making Assort a trusted AI partner across the health system ecosystem and building a repeatable engine for sourcing and converting large strategic opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to partners, operators, and internal teams.
  • High emotional intelligence, including skill in reading rooms, building trust, and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
