Performs duties related to overall Customer Service. Serves as the customer interface on product status and deliveries. Maintains records of customer communications and documentation in support of proper traceability, and to ensure timely response to all inquiries. Documents customer needs and concerns to identify patterns and maintain customer quality satisfaction. Acts as the focal point between the customer and all other supporting functions. Maintains knowledge of RTX organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers. Performs Order Administration duties using SAP, including data entry, service estimate editing & submission, and delivery/shipment creation. Works in a team environment but also has the capacity to tackle tasks under minimal supervision after training is complete.
