About The Position

As a Principal Solutions Consultant specializing in AI-First Transformation, Modern Architecture, and Technical Pre-Sales, you will drive core AI initiatives end-to-end. You will lead client discovery, architect AI-enabled solutions, and structure commercial models while partnering across sales and delivery teams to scale generative and enterprise AI. The role leads AI-focused technical pursuits, helps enterprise clients move AI from pilots into scalable production workflows, and partners with client executives to re-engineer growth-critical systems for scale and performance. It includes designing secure AI and cloud architectures, developing repeatable offerings and sales enablement assets, and supporting client workshops and delivery transitions. The position uses a hybrid model, is preferably based on the U.S. East or West Coast, and requires travel up to 40%. Candidates near New York City, Atlanta, or the Pacific Northwest have an advantage, though strong candidates elsewhere will be considered. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; C2C is not available.
