About The Position

The Principal Sales Solutions Consultant is a strategic, client-facing healthcare technology advisor who supports revenue growth through consultative discovery, enterprise solution architecture, value engineering, and technical pre-sales leadership. Working with Sales, Product, Technology, Engineering, Delivery, and Client Engagement teams, this role advises prospective and existing healthcare payer clients and translates their business strategies, operational challenges, technology environments, and desired outcomes into integrated Cotiviti solutions. The role develops comprehensive solution strategies and future-state environments across Cotiviti capabilities, including Health Enablement, Interoperability, Payment Integrity, data, analytics, intelligence, and workflow. It creates executive-level narratives that connect proposed solutions to measurable financial, operational, clinical, member, regulatory, and strategic value. The consultant leads complex sales pursuits, strategic discovery, architecture and solution-design sessions, technical validation, and value-focused client engagements, while helping position Cotiviti as an enterprise solution partner rather than a provider of isolated products. The position requires deep healthcare payer knowledge, technical and architectural credibility, executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with executive, business, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders. It also contributes market and client insights to internal strategy, supports account expansion, and mentors other Solutions Consultants. The role is remote and requires travel for client engagements and other business needs.
