About The Position

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Quality Analyst. This position will be located at Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. The Principal Quality Analyst will support Mission Assurance (MA) functions to ensure mission success. This includes performing technical reviews of Sentinel drawings, SOW’s, and Requirements documents, and assuring the quality, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability of Sentinel tasking. The role provides MA leadership and oversight to critical program reviews such as design reviews, test readiness reviews, certifications, and sell offs. The analyst will identify MA and Quality resource requirements, assist the SEIT Segment lead with Sentinel Mission Assurance /Program Management requirements, and develop, implement, and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plan. Additionally, the position involves leading/facilitating segment level FRBs and MRBs, leading the preparation and execution of the Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB), developing and maintaining Segment level Program Metrics, supporting the preparation of Program Management Review packages, and supporting Supplier Mission Assurance with technical expertise and oversight. The role also includes providing guidance and expertise to supporting professional development of MA & QA engineers and performance management.

Requirements

5 Years experience with Bachelors; 3 Years experience with Masters. 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience with Nuclear Surety, Cybersecurity, or System Security Engineering
Experience in developing and implementing Mission Assurance or Quality Assurance plans & Inspection
Experience in Aerospace/Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design, development, test, or sustainment.
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.

Responsibilities
