This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Requirements

2 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 0 years with a Master's, 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Must be a US Citizen and have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, independently or with little to no supervision
Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets
Excellent writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications
Organized and efficient at time management
Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals
Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs)
Experience with SLOPACS and DISS
Prior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) or SAP Accountability Officer (SAPAO) formerly "TSCO" Top Secret Control Officer Experience
Experience leading small teams
Experience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratings

Responsibilities

Member will be the SAP Accountability Officer (SAPAO) and keep an inventory and account for all TOP SECRET (TS) SAR/Collateral material, media, hardware, and equipment utilizing a U.S. Government approved system in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements.
Responsible for the supervision of the Top Secret control program.
Receive, transmit, and maintain current access and accountability records for Top Secret information.
Ensure Top Secret documents and material will be accounted for by a continuous chain of receipts.
Maintain an accurate inventory of Top-Secret documents will be audited at least annually.
Ensure destruction of Top-Secret material is appropriately processed and documentation accurately maintained.
Develop procedures for the accountability and control of all accountable classified material.
