About The Position

The Principal Program Manager, Business Operations joins the LEEP Office of the Chief of Staff and is responsible for operational execution, program coordination, tracking, and reporting that help LEEP run effectively. LEEP builds and enhances technology systems and tools used by teams across Autodesk, while the Office of the Chief of Staff establishes the operating framework that enables LEEP to work effectively as one organization. This position helps shape, evolve, and operationalize that framework by managing the processes, tools, data, and recurring activities needed to keep the organization organized and on track. The role maintains LEEP’s governance rhythm and visibility across key programs and operational activities, coordinates inputs and deliverables across teams, tracks commitments and milestones, prepares reporting, and ensures timely follow-through. It also manages recurring business operations processes, including budget coordination, contractor operations, organizational reporting, meeting cadences, and other cross-functional activities. The position may be performed on-site, hybrid, or remotely in the United States or Canada, with up to 20% travel to Autodesk offices and Autodesk-sponsored events. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who brings structure to complex and ambiguous environments, designs scalable approaches where processes are not established, works effectively with data and cross-functional teams, and ensures details and commitments are followed through. Success means operational processes run smoothly, leaders receive accurate and timely information, teams understand expectations, and commitments are consistently tracked to completion.
