About The Position

Autodesk is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and collaborative Principal Program Manager, Business Operations to join the LEEP Office of the Chief of Staff. The role supports LEEP’s operational execution, program coordination, tracking, and reporting, helping the organization operate effectively. LEEP builds and enhances systems and tools that support teams across Autodesk, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing. The Office of the Chief of Staff establishes the operating framework for LEEP, and this position helps shape, evolve, and operationalize that framework by managing the processes, tools, data, and recurring activities that keep the organization organized and on track. The role maintains governance rhythms and visibility across programs and operational activities; coordinates inputs and deliverables across teams; tracks commitments and milestones; prepares reporting; and ensures timely follow-through. It also manages recurring business operations processes, including budget coordination, contractor operations, organizational reporting, meeting cadences, and other cross-functional activities. The position is available on-site, hybrid, or remotely in the United States or Canada, with up to 20% travel to Autodesk offices and Autodesk-sponsored events. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who can bring structure to complex and ambiguous environments, design scalable approaches where established processes do not exist, work with data, build clear reporting, coordinate across functions, and make sure details and commitments are followed through. Success means LEEP’s operational processes run smoothly, leaders have accurate and timely information, teams understand expectations, and commitments are consistently tracked to completion.
