About The Position

The Compute Control Plane team in Oracle's Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) organization is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join their fast-growing team in Nashville. The OCI Compute Control Plane team is central to many of OCI’s critical business goals, focusing on scaling services, delivering key customer features for Compute instance management, and supporting new hardware platforms. They handle both Bare Metal and Virtual machine instances across diverse hardware, including clustered GPU platforms, while ensuring high availability and security. This role requires a program leader adept at navigating ambiguity, managing complex, cross-team programs, building stakeholder relationships, and driving solutions with significant business impact. The ideal candidate can inspire others and articulate the rationale behind project priorities. The role will concentrate on Compute metering and power management, contributing to strategic vision, defining near-term roadmaps, ensuring efficient execution, fostering high standards for quality and delivery, and team growth. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical work, clear communication skills (including with executive leadership), proficiency in cross-organizational problem-solving, the ability to organize complex multi-team efforts, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a highly visible and impactful role based in Nashville, TN, co-located with key leadership to enhance collaboration, accelerate delivery, and support OCI’s strategic growth initiatives. This role is onsite in downtown Nashville offices, with Oracle now requiring 5 days in the office.
