We're seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our Healthcare and Life Sciences team at AWS Professional Services (ProServe). In this role, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for cultivating relationships with one or more of our largest, most strategic HCLS accounts globally. You'll collaborate with executive customers to shape technology transformation programs, including AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI transformation, IT modernization, and cloud migration. Success means earning trust with SVP and VP-level customers across Digital, IT, AI, and key business functions, then working backwards from their objectives to design ambitious programs and solutions. You'll orchestrate a diverse ecosystem of partners to deliver exceptional outcomes: ProServe Cloud Architects, AWS Specialists (including the GenAI Innovation Center), Amazon Partner Network Partners, and ProServe Delivery teams. Your success will be measured through revenue, billable bookings, team engagement, and customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
