About The Position

Ode, Anthropic's services venture, is seeking a Principal to lead AI transformation initiatives within the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) sector. This role involves acting as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for clients, working directly with CEOs and leadership teams to integrate frontier AI into their operations. The focus is on turning complex AI systems into production-ready solutions that drive real-world impact, moving beyond theoretical applications to tangible results. Ode partners with payers, providers, life sciences companies, medtech, and healthcare technology and services firms, applying AI across clinical and administrative workflows. The company is backed by prominent investors and has offices in SF, NYC, Raleigh-Durham, and Dubai.

Requirements

Ability to earn executive trust quickly, becoming a trusted advisor to CEOs and leadership teams.
Crisp and compelling communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for any audience.
Relentless learning agility and unmatched curiosity, with a track record of ramping quickly and becoming an expert across a wide range of technical and industry topics.
Ability to become an expert in new domains within 90 days, engage technical leaders as a peer, and translate pattern-matching across engagements into a compounding advantage.
Strategic and business acumen to identify where AI creates real enterprise value and translate it into actionable business paths.
Relationship-driven approach, building durable, high-trust relationships that are owned long-term.
Ability to be a partner that teams want to work with, bringing senior judgment and helping resolve blockers.
Revenue instinct, recognizing moments to advance and win business, with commercial drive, urgency, and finesse to close.

Responsibilities

Win the business by converting warm, high-intent executive relationships into signed engagements.
Act as the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer, embedding with leadership as a trusted advisor on AI.
Diagnose AI opportunities and shape actionable paths for businesses.
Mobilize and orchestrate delivery teams (PMs and engineers) to ship value and achieve outcomes, similar to Palantir's approach rather than McKinsey's.
Own and grow client relationships beyond the initial project, deepening trust and expanding partnerships.
Drive the company's revenue through insight and Applied AI expertise.
