About The Position

Ode is Anthropic's services venture, focused on bringing frontier AI into practice. The team tackles complex AI problems for companies, working closely with their Applied AI and Product teams to turn frontier technology into real-world impact. This role is akin to a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for clients, serving as the CEO's right-hand person to guide their company into the AI era. The position involves winning business, embedding with CEOs to identify AI opportunities, and mobilizing teams to deliver results. Principals drive revenue through insight and Applied AI expertise.

Requirements

Ability to earn executive trust quickly and be seen as a first-call advisor.
Crisp and compelling communication skills, both in person and in writing, for any audience.
