About The Position

Help Financial Services organizations turn advances in AI into practical, responsible transformation at enterprise scale.
As a Principal Consultant – AI Transformation & Adoption, you will help leading Financial Services organizations translate advances in AI into meaningful changes in how their businesses operate and how their people work.
Working directly with clients, you will lead AI transformation and adoption initiatives, helping organizations identify where AI can create value, redesign roles and workflows, build the capabilities required to sustain new ways of working, and measure the resulting business impact.
You will work with senior business and technology leaders to move beyond experimentation and isolated AI use cases toward enterprise adoption. This includes applying technologies such as copilots and AI agents to real business and technology workflows, addressing the organizational and workforce changes they create, and establishing the governance and measurement required to deploy them responsibly at scale.
The role combines AI transformation, workforce transformation, product innovation, and consulting leadership. It is suited to someone who understands how emerging AI technologies can change work and can help clients implement that change within complex, regulated environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, together with 8+ years of relevant experience across technology consulting, AI strategy, enterprise transformation, product management, digital adoption, workforce transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex client-facing AI, technology, or digital transformation initiatives, including shaping ambiguous business problems, structuring transformation programs, and working with senior stakeholders through strategy, design, implementation, and adoption.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI and agentic technologies, including LLMs, copilots, AI agents, context and prompt engineering, workflow automation, and modern AI product development, with experience using platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, or comparable technologies.
• Experience identifying AI use cases, redesigning workflows and roles, delivering AI adoption or workforce enablement initiatives, and establishing measures that connect AI adoption to productivity, quality, customer outcomes, risk, cost, or other business metrics.
• Consulting experience spanning stakeholder management, facilitation, executive communication, coaching, multidisciplinary team leadership, and collaboration across business, technology, product, data, risk, and control functions. Financial Services experience across Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Payments, or Insurance is particularly relevant, although substantial transformation experience in other highly regulated industries may also be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation or adoption programs within Financial Services or working within consulting or professional services environments.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, data privacy, information security, and emerging enterprise AI controls.
• Experience developing role and skills taxonomies, AI capability models, AI Champion networks, Communities of Practice, train-the-trainer programs, or other workforce transformation approaches.
• Experience developing AI prototypes, proof-of-concepts, prompt and context libraries, agentic workflows, reusable accelerators, or other assets that help move initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience with organizational design, job redesign, skills transformation, change management, AI value realization, or relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, Product Management, Agile, Organizational Change, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on enterprise AI transformation and adoption, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled ways of working, connecting business priorities and AI investments to measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities and redesign business and technology workflows to incorporate copilots, AI agents, workflow automation, and appropriate human oversight.
• Assess how AI changes roles, skills, responsibilities, and human-machine interactions, and design capability interventions including role-based learning, experiential labs, coaching, AI Champion networks, Communities of Practice, and reusable playbooks.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, data, risk, and business teams to move AI initiatives beyond experimentation into sustainable enterprise adoption, addressing data privacy, information security, model risk, regulatory requirements, Responsible AI, and governance.
• Advise senior stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops, lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, establish adoption and value measures, contribute to proposals and account development, and develop reusable methods and assets that strengthen Capco’s AI transformation proposition.
