Requirements

2-3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, training, human resources, learning and development, employee engagement, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Information Systems, or a related field required.
Experience supporting technology implementations, enterprise transformations, digital workplace initiatives, AI adoption, or business process improvement efforts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting employee adoption of digital products, workplace technologies, or automation solutions.
Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and adoption frameworks.
Experience creating training materials, learning assets, or user enablement resources.
Experience measuring adoption, utilization, engagement, or employee experience metrics.
Knowledge of AI literacy concepts, prompt engineering, or responsible AI practices.
Previous consulting, project-based, or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

Support organizational change management and adoption activities for AI-enabled technologies, digital products, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that build awareness, enthusiasm, and adoption of new tools and ways of working.
Create impactful employee-facing content, including communications, training materials, job aids, user guides, learning resources, and success stories.
Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to identify adoption challenges and implement solutions that improve the employee experience.
Help cultivate AI literacy by promoting practical use cases, responsible AI practices, and confidence in the use of AI-enabled tools.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and change readiness activities.
Collect and analyze employee feedback, adoption metrics, and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Contribute to project deliverables, presentations, adoption dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure people-focused strategies are integrated into transformation efforts.
Support the delivery of exceptional client experiences while building your consulting, change management, and AI adoption expertise.
