About The Position

Ode, Anthropic's services venture, is seeking a Principal to lead AI transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role is akin to a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer, partnering directly with CEOs to guide their companies into the AI era. The Principal will be responsible for winning business, embedding with leadership to identify strategic AI opportunities, and mobilizing teams of engineers and PMs to deliver tangible results. This position requires a blend of business development, strategic advisory, and execution oversight, driving revenue through insight and applied AI expertise.

Requirements

Ability to earn executive trust quickly.
