They work closely with clients' Applied AI and Product teams to turn frontier technology into real-world impact. Requirements

Ability to earn executive trust quickly and be seen as a trusted advisor.
Compelling communication skills, both in person and in writing, for any audience.
Relentless learning agility and unmatched curiosity, with a track record of ramping quickly.
Ability to become an expert in new technical and industry topics within 90 days.
Strategic and business acumen to identify where AI creates enterprise value and translate it into actionable plans.
Relationship-driven approach with the ability to build durable, high-trust relationships.
Ability to be a partner that teams want to work with, bringing senior judgment and helping resolve blockers.
Revenue instinct, recognizing moments to advance and win business, with commercial drive and finesse to close.

Responsibilities

Win the business by converting warm, high-intent executive relationships into signed engagements.
Act as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for clients, embedding with leadership as a trusted advisor on AI.
Diagnose where AI creates real opportunity and shape a path the business will act on.
Mobilize delivery teams to ship value, not just decks.
Own and grow the client relationship beyond the first project, deepening trust and expanding the partnership.
